The Canada Ayurveda Research & Education (C.A.R.E) Foundation was created to empower Ayurveda practice in Canada & to showcase Ayurveda education & research in Canada.
Ayurveda is a comprehensive science inclusive of all of life.
The Sanskrit term 'Ayu' means continuous life.
'Veda' means knowledge, therefore Ayurveda is often translated as the 'knowledge or science of life.
